Sugar Shack's Easter Ham:
What you'll need:
1 precooked smoked ham (8lbs)
1/2 cup Sugar Shack Seasoning
1/2 cup apple butter
1/4 cup dijon mustard
3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger (optional)
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Sugar Shack on the bottom of a 6-7qt slow cooker, add the ham. Prepare glaze by melting apple butter and whisking in all other ingredients. Pour or brush glaze over ham, coating entirely. Cook on low for about 4 hours, re-glazing occasionally. Remove from slow cooker, slice, plate and enjoy! Serves 10
Steak Shake Tri Tip:
What you'll need:
1 tri tip roast (about 2 lbs)
3-4 Tbsp Steak Shake
1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
1 Cup water
Heat smoker to 250-275f. Trim fat cap from roast if necessary and brush lightly with apple cider vinegar. Next, coat the roast thickly and evenly with Steak Shake seasoning. Combine remaining vinegar and water in a spray bottle or bowl to baste the roast every 20 minutes during the cooking process. Cook on smoker until internal temperature reaches 140f, about 2 hours. Wrap in foil and set aside to rest for 30-45 minutes. Be sure to slice against the grain to serve. A truly mouthwatering protein for tacos! Serves 4-8
Luxury Langoustines with Mediterranean Medley:
What you'll need:
2 lbs fresh or frozen Langoustine tails, deshelled
1/2 stick of butter
3 Tbsp Mediterranean Medley
Defrost if needed in cold water and thoroughly pat dry tail meat, place in large mixing bowl or Ziploc bag. Melt butter and pour evenly over tail meat. Add Mediterranean medley and gently mix or shake all ingredients. Be sure all of the meat is nicely coated with the seasoning. Plate, serve and enjoy! Serves 6-10
Game Day Smokies with Sugar Shack:
What you'll need:
1 package of bacon (cut into thirds)
1 package lil smokies (14 oz)
1 stick butter
2 cups brown sugar
4 Tbsp Sugar Shack
Wrap smokies with bacon thirds and place on glass baking tray. Melt butter and 1 cup brown sugar, mix well. Pour mixture over smokies. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar evenly on top. Bake in oven @ 375 for 15-20 minutes. Remove tray from oven and switch to low broil. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of Sugar Shack evenly over smokies. Place under broiler for about 5 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining Sugar Shack evenly. Plate, serve, and enjoy! Serves 10 - 12
